I have been trying to better understand how building new feature analyses on Atlas work. I have seen the documentation and information on custom feature analysis as presented in Feature Extraction GitHub. I am however trying to better understand the ‘criteria’-based design when building a new feature analysis. Is there any documentation on this?
For instance, if I use a distribution analysis type and add a criterion for drug exposure what does the distribution of ‘Any’ event count denote when I select ‘Duration’? I tried to test it by trying out different options however it takes a while to generate results for all the cohorts and my attempts were pretty inconclusive.
Thanks a lot in advance. It would be great if you can just direct me to a documentation that might explain what each of these variables refer to.
