Do all SNOMED Int'l Edition concepts get imported into OMOP vocab?

Do all the SNOMED international edition concepts get imported into the OMOP vocabulary, or is only a subset of concepts that can be linked to a standard OMOP concept imported?
If it is only a subset, then are there any release notes on which concepts are out of scope for import?

I suppose this question could also apply for other external vocabularies - e.g.: LOINC, NCI, etc.

All concepts from original version of the SNOMED international edition must be incorporated into the OMOP vocabulary due to currently existing processes of refresh of existing vocabularies. Soon we expect the new release of last version of SNOMED vocabulary.
