Difference between Clinical Observation and Observable entity

Can anyone give some explanation on these two terminologies

  1. Clinical Observation
  2. Observable Entity

Explanation with example will be helpful.

“Clinical Observation” is the classification name given by LOINC and “Observable Entity” is the classification name by SNOMED
