Is del 17p same as Deletion of part of chromosome 17 (37111449) in Athena?

del(17p) is the deletion of the shorter part of chromosome 17 from the centromere.

Deletion of part of chromosome 17 is a SNOMED concept referring to the deletion of an undefined part of chromosome 17. We need to de-standardize it. It’s not part of the OMOP Genomic vocabulary.
