CPT4.jar update failure

Hi, I downloaded the vocabularies and unpacked everything into C:\CDMV5VOCAB.
When I tried reconstituting CPT4, the update failed. Any ideas why or maybe I missed something in the process? Thanks!

You have to say 4 or 5 at the end of your command for the version you use (looks like 5).
