CPT4 code not included in the V5 vocabulary?

Is CPT4 included in the V5 vocabulary by default?
I just found that the CPT4 code is not included in the V5 vocabulary downloaded around June, last year.

It is. You must have unclicked it by accident. or you forgot to run CPT4.jar.
