I am happy to announce that the Feb 2025 release has just arrived to Athena!
During this release:
- we have reverted mappings of CPT4 and HCPCS codes to the Visit domain. Currently these concepts are standard and belong to the Procedure and Observation domain according to their semantics.
- we have created a new relationship ‘Has associated visit’ to link CPT4 and HCPCS codes to the Visits. ETL may use these relationships if transformation logic requires such precision to create visits from procedure codes:
