Conversion from cdm v5 to v5.2

I am working on CDM conversion from v4 to the latest version(5.2). I see that there is a conversion script available for v4 to v5. There have been some changes after that to have a unified COST table.

It would help if there is a migration script available for different cost tables to the Cost table or probably a migration script from v5 to v5.2. I am specifically looking for procedure and drug cost tables migration to 5.2. Please share any scripts / links that could be of help to do the mapping.

I would not use this script. This is a quick upgrader from v4, but it misses all the good things that v5 introduced. Rewrite your v4 script to create v5.2 or 5.3. It’s not that much work.
