CONCEPT table - how often are NUCC values in Provider Specialty updated?

How often are NUCC provider specialty values updated in the CONCEPT table? There appear to be 25 more values in the provider specialty list from NUCC than in the CONCEPT table (version 17.1).

We’ll look into it. Since specialties don’t really change nobody took a look.

Thank you @Christian_Reich. Agreed, they do not change that often. Here’s a quick look at the last three versions: You can see three new codes were added from v161 to v170, then two more from v170 to v171. I’m finding this change can equate to almost 100 providers in our data. Good THEMIS topic?
