I have the use case of needing a concept set of concept sets. How can I do this in ATLAS?
What is concept set of concept sets exactly?
Concept sets are virtual objects that are more or less specific to Atlas, they do not have a standardized representation in OMOP tables – as such, they are not CDM concepts that Atlas can put in a set. Are you sure that what you are looking for is not a cohort definition?
Maybe I am looking for a cohort definition. Is there a way I can set precedence rules (use concept set id first then 2nd concept set id) in a cohort definition? If this possible, how could I get this returned using the Web API? I’ve tried the API’s and haven’t found what they return is very useful.
