Concept Id 4131992, ‘Amsler chart finding’ has domain_id Condition, but what is the condition that was found as a result of the test? Should be an Observation where the results of the test, Normal both eyes or Metamorphopsia peripherally left eye can be recorded in value as string.

Mentioned concept could be of Observation domain. This will be additionally checked during the next vocabulary refresh.
However, it will barely have ‘value as string’ relationship as Snomed is a standard vocabulary and we are preserving its original hierarchy.
