Coding Combination Drugs

Hello all,

I am working a Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus CDS app and wondering if anyone has coded combination drugs (1 brand consisting of 2 different drug classes) .

For example - pioglitazone (TZD) / glimepiride (SU) (brand- Duetact)
What coding system did you use?

I am researching NDF-RT since RxNORM does not cover the combination drugs?
