The latest version of CIRCE and WebAPI has been pushed to Github.
New Features:
- Cohort Definition List now comes from querying the database table cohort_definition. (Note this table is separate from the CDM schemas for cohort definitions).
- Save and Load: Clicking New Definition will bring up a blank cohort definition that you can add Primary and Additional Filters.
- New database tables migrated by Flyway: cohort_definition, cohort_definition_details.
The application on ohdsi.org will be updated later today. I will post a followup message once it is available on the public website.
