CDM v6.0 Voting Opportunites

Hi All,

As I mentioned this afternoon, there are two voting opportunities now open for CDM v6.0 around the DEATH table and CDM Results schema. We would like to incorporate these soon so they will only be available until the end of the week, Sep 21, 2018.

For results schema I voted Yes (plus made a request to also move METADATA to result schema).
