In thePprocedure Cost section table the description for paid_copay says ‘Copay does not contribute to the out_of_pocket expenses.’ However, in the notes below the table under the bullet points for the amounts paid it says ‘Out of Pocket = Copay + Coinsurance + Deductible’.
