The OMOP CDM V4.5 implementation contained metadata in the form of descriptions of each table and each table’s field. In SQL Server these descriptions were available as Extended Properties of tables and table fields. There no such descriptions in CDM V5.0. Is there a way to get metadata for CDM v5.0?
We don’t have them. 
It’s an Open Source project. If you need something and it’s not there - it’s your job.
