아주대 박래웅 교수님께서 올려주신 CDM 평가 기준과 결과에 대해 논문을 읽고 나서 궁금한 점이 있어서 글을 올리게 되었습니다.
CDISC SDTM에 대한 질문인데요. CDISC는 임상시험에 대한 표준화를 시켜주는 것으로 알고 있고, E-CRF 형태로 만드는 것으로 알고 있으며, 확장자도 xml로 사용하고 데이터 베이스도 Mongo DB로 사용하는 것으로 알고 있습니다. 그런데 CDM을 해서 CDISC로 가져왔다? 라는 것과 왜 SDTM에 CDISC가 붙는지 이해가 안되서요.

We have done a successful conversion of the clinical trial data in CDISC SDTM format into OMOP CDM, including the one that is described in this poster (in collaboration with SHYFT Analytics)
