Is anyone else working with the CDC on providing reports regarding ARI presentation, covid testing, and covid-diagnosis. We’ve been working to provide these reports using OMOP from Stanford HealthCare data. If other institutions are also working with the CDC using OMOP we’d be interested in collaborating.

I have a CDC connection that is exploring the possibility of using the OHDSI community for a variety of COVID research questions. Nothing formal yet but we will see. @marcelkc / @jposada, it would be great to involve you in follow-on discussions if you’re interested!
