I created a package that runs any set of phenotypes defined on the public atlas server. (using utilities from Marc and Martijn).

It is in early beta phase. Current phenotypes aim to asses how many cancer patients a given OHDSI site has in their dataset.

I think this is very interesting and important topic. I want to join this study.

It would be greater if we can compare the cost for cancer treatment between countries.
(Cost-effectiveness study across countries is one of studies I’m thinking of.)

I am working on an Oncology Treatment Proposal for the Oncology workgroup. My approach is to add structures/vocabulary concepts and a standardized algorithm to instantiate/derive oncology treatments during the ETL process. Instead of using phenotype packages on the other side. I would be interested to hear your thoughts. Here is a first draft of the proposal:
