I was wondering if we are able to store data from multiple data sources(different institutions) into one CDM in atlas.
You either pool the data into one database and put ATLAS on top, or you leave them as separate databases and put ATLAS on top of them all. ATLAS can handle one or many databases. This is a data management problem, not an ATLAS problem.
