Dear OHDSI Community,
We are seeking letters of support for an R03 grant proposal on open software development aimed at developing a Kubernetes-based deployment solution for ATLAS that is easier to install, maintain, and scale across diverse institutional environments.
Our proposal focuses on creating a modular, cloud-ready deployment framework using Kubernetes and Helm to automate and simplify the setup of ATLAS and its dependencies. This will include a minimal working configuration that institutions can customize and deploy, either locally or in the cloud, without requiring DevOps expertise. The solution will be designed to support both new users and those migrating from existing ATLAS installations.
If you or your institution are interested in using ATLAS but haven’t yet been able to deploy it due to technical challenges, infrastructure or resource limitations, we would especially love to hear from you! A letter of support expressing interest in piloting this new deployment approach would strengthen our application and demonstrate community demand for a more accessible solution.
