Hello everyone!
My name is Indu and I am currently working towards building a JuliaHealth-specific Dashboard using Genie.jl which focuses on OMOPCDM data. The main idea is to have one simple, unified interface in the JuliaHealth ecosystem where users can:
- Load or connect to OMOP-CDM or other health datasets
- Build or select cohorts
- Run different analysis or visualization modules
- View and explore results interactively
The dashboard would help visualize and manage different JuliaHealth workflows in one place, similar in spirit to HADES, but using Julia tools. The goal is to connect the existing tools/modules through a Genie-based interface, keeping it simple and modular.
I have been working on the design and API structure, focusing on dataset handling, cohort management and modular analysis integration. You can check out the current initial draft design plan here: JuliaHealth Dashboard Design Plan .
I would really appreciate any feedback, especially around useful modules, architecture suggestions or how to better align with OMOPCDM workflows. Also open to connecting with anyone interested in collaborating on this project!
