Broadsea 3.0.0 Released
We’re pleased to announce Broadsea 3.0.0 has been officially released!
This version changes Broadsea quite a bit, so we do highly recommend carefully reading the documentation: http://ohdsi.github.io/Broadsea. We will be demonstrating it during this Friday’s DevCon session.
Highlights:
- An easy-to-follow environment variable file (.env) drives the entire Broadsea deployment
- A-la-carte Docker profiles means you can pick and choose which Broadsea apps to deploy
- Easily configurable SSL, enabling https for the host server and all Broadsea apps
- Atlas and WebAPI
a. Security providers are now configurable
b. Use an existing WebAPI schema not built by Broadsea
c. Loading of tables needed for PHOEBE integration
d. SOLR Vocab deployment for faster search in Atlas
e. Ability to build Atlas and WebAPI from a specific GitHub repo/branch/commit for testing purposes
f. Ares with mountable Ares data folder - Method to load Athena CSV files into a new OMOP Vocabulary schema (and perform CPT conversions)
- Configurable splash page for listing the OHDSI tools available to users.
