Carnegie Mellon University Libraries and DNAnexus are partnering on a hackathon that may be of interest to the OHDSI community. OHDSI researchers have an opportunity to apply infrastructure such as the common data model to high impact problems in biomedicine. As a past participant in these types of hackathons, the cross pollination and networking between disciplines can result in some great research collaborations and directions.
