We are new to OMOP, and are setting up the OMOP database and Atlas/Webapi for our institution. There are some questions on the data sources on Atlas.

The “Data Sources” tab allows user to select a source to run the standardized reports. We would like to setup study specific data source so that study team can run those reports on their patients. What are the best way to implement this? can we build views in OMOP database for a study and present those views as a source on Atlas? or there has to be a separate OMOP database for each source?

Can user run cohort discovery on specific data source(s)?

can we configure the security so that users can only see the data sources they are authorized?
