Hello all !
We are currently omopizing our data and will be using it as the input for our machine learning pipelines. We are currently brainstorming on how to bring into OMOP representation some of the machine learning metadata in i.e. the model output prediction and the model version with which it was obtained for a given input entry. For other sets of metadata we are using MLCroissant.
Are there any existing OHDSI standards related to the integration with MLOps? (a quick search in the forum didn’t yield anything so far)
