Authoritative source of generic (non RDBM-specific) definition of the CDM?

Hi,

The OMOP CDM is great resource for observational healthcare datasets.

I am looking at RDBM-agnostic tooling for the CDM, and I believe that generic data definitions are the CSV files present in the repository / R package CommonDataModel. If the case, is this the single source of truth for the definitions?
