Atlas Tutorial - Any docs/ step by step tutorial -

Hello Everyone,

Is there any atlas tutorial other than the Youtube videos which are 5-6 hours long? Or is there any specific video in Youtube that talks about estimation, prediction and incidence rate etc? If not videos, do we have any step-step doc or online article that I can refer? There is an one hour video but it’s in Korean language

Hi Selva,

The OHDSI Analysis Ecosystem Tutorial is a breakdown of all of the modules within ATLAS. It was a whole day tutorial but the individual components are bite-sized. You can watch the tutorial here: https://www.ohdsi.org/past-events/2018-tutorials-overview-of-the-ohdsi-analysis-ecosystem/

As you mentioned, there’s a lot more content behind each of the sections. I would recommend watching or attending in-person the full Population-Level Estimation and Patient Level Prediction tutorials to understand those particular study designs.

Are there any tutorials this year where users can get hands on experience will installing and configuring Atlas locally and where we can ask questions about setting up the architecture? Thank you.
