ATLAS stops repeatly and I cannot handle it

Hello, I was generating cohort with ATLAS online, and repeated error occurs.

  1. Running cohort generation, IR, — analysis takes time so much.
  2. After few hours,ATLAS stops and cannot login, showing error message,
    “application initialization error
    unable to connect to an instance of the webapi
    please conntact your adminisrator to resolve this issue” in red.

administor repeatly clears with “warming cache”
but my analysis is not taking a single step and I don’t wnow why and how to handle this problem.

ATLAS was constructed recently, and I just have access and read whole data, not develop.

The info you provided is not enough. Can you please ask the person who deployed webapi for you to collect the respective Tomcat related error logs and if possible share them here? A running WebAPI could fail if the respective DB connections also fail but the Tomcat Logs could give you the details you are looking for.
