ATLAS: Reverse of "Source Concept Is" attribute?

Hello,

I was wondering if there’s any way in ATLAS to obtain the reverse effect of the Source Concept attribute. For example, I’d like to have a criterion that selects all patients with occurrences that map to a given concept set but which do not have a given source concept.

If this were a feature, I’d picture it as a toggle between “is” and “is not” here:

Is there a recommended way to achieve this effect currently in ATLAS? Would this be a feature you think would be worth requesting?

Thanks!

Katy

Will add to the Atlas feature wishlist. In the mean time, just create another criterion as an exclusion criterion, where you set

That won’t have the same effect. the first criteria will select one sort of record, and the other criteria may refer to other records. The request here is to have the same record evaluated where the record is found via a concept set, but at the same time the source concept is not apart of the same (or another) concept set.

We’ll put it on the to-do.

Thanks both! (Chris, that’s correct.)
