Atlas Question about ability to use non standard codes in concept sets

If a concept set is defined in Atlas with non-standard codes will this support building cohorts and running the analytic apps? Or should we always identify the standard concept for the term of interest? I’m new to building cohorts, etc. in Atlas.

Yes, you can put anything in a concept set, but if they are source concepts then you will use the criteria attribute ‘source concept’ to specify the concept set, and not in the ‘main’ concept set that you see in the UI.
