Atlas failing nightly

We are running webapi 2.11.1 and atlas 2.11.1 on Windows server 2019 VM.
For the past week or so we’ve had occurances of cpu going high for 2-3 hours and atlas connection failing. We’ve found that restarting Apache Tomcat Catalina seems to fix the problem, but we’ve been unable to determine why this is occurring. (We do know that this occurs after the VM is backed up.)

We are seeing the following:
localhost-2022-12-09.log:
08-Dec-2022 20:36:24.533 SEVERE [https-jsse-nio-8443-exec-11] org.apache.catalina.core.StandardWrapperValve.invoke Servlet.service() for servlet [org.ohdsi.webapi.JerseyConfig] in context with path [/WebAPI] threw exception

High cpu:

Has anyone else seen this ?
Or have a suggestion what might be causing it ?
