ATLAS Custom Features - Limitations

When using SQL to build custom features in ATLAS, are the only columns we can populate: covariate_id, covariate_name, concept_id, sum_value, average_value?

Is it possible to create “Distribution” type custom sql features, or are “Prevalence” type the only features that work with the custom sql parameters?

@Chris_Knoll

That’s correct, the custom sql style only supports prevalence type of features and not distribution. We can think about adding that style (distribution) of custom feature in the future tho.
