ATLAS cohorts - suppressing low counts

A question has arisen in our organisation as to whether it is possible to suppress the results from cohort generation in ATLAS, if the number of matching patients falls below a certain threshold? I tend to work more on the ETL side of our OMOP pipelines so only have limited experience of generating cohorts - I wasn’t sure if there was a way to do this. Thanks.

No, sorry, there’s no current function to have ‘small cells’ from cohort generation…what would the desired behavior be: if it doesn’t meet a count threshold, should it report that the cohort failed to generate due to small cell count?

Hi Chris, apologies for the slow reply. Yes we were hoping it would be possible to stop a small cohort from generating - with some sort of messaging to the user associated with that.
