Atlas cohort generation running - Even after generation

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to reproduce the PheKB T2DM cohort. I imported the json file to my local Atlas instance and was trying to run. Though we have less than 15k patients, the atlas cohort generation is taking a long time. I understand if we have million of patients, it could take time but even for 15k does it take time?

  1. Is it because we have more cohort entry criteria as per PheKB-T2DM implementation

  2. In addition, as you can see below I see the values for cohort generated time and duration but still it is running?

I tried closing the cohort, reopening again but still I shows as running.

How can I know what’s the issue here?
