Update 6/17/2025 - Survey 3 is Live!
Greetings Community!
I’m pleased to present the Atlas 3.0 User Survey. For those of you who were on the June 3rd community call, you saw me present the history of Atlas and described the series of surveys that are being released in June.
Please check out the community calls page for the recordings.
There will be a series of surveys that will ask questions about Atlas users and how they use Atlas in their work.
June 3: Atlas User Information and Overview
June 10: Data Sources and Vocabulary Search
June 17: Cohorts and Concept Sets
June 24: Characterization, Cohort Pathways and Incidence Rates
July 1: Technical and Administrative Functions
As each survey gets released, I will update this post and add a reply to this thread indicating the next survey is available. We’ll spend each call talking about the elements of the survey and reviewing prior responses.
All users are Atlas are invited to participate, and we look forward to gaining valuable insights into the Atlas user community in order to plan for our Atlas 3.0 release.

The initial response to the survey has been amazing. The feedback we’ve received has been heart-felt and greatly appreciated. Thank you all for taking the time to share your feedback. It has been truly amazing.
I would like to invite even more people to provide feedback, and to those that have already done, please share this with other colleagues who may be using Atlas but were unaware of the survey. We are trying to get the broadest perspectives possible to guide our future development plans, so the more the merrier! The link to the above survey should work for anyone with internet access, and isn’t solely restricted to OHDSI community members.
Thank you again for your warm support and consideration. We will be continuing our discovery next Tuesday, June 10th to discuss the Data Source and Vocabulary Search features in Atlas. All are welcome to participate.
