I have been attempting to do download the v5 vocabularies, but the Athena site is not sending out an email when I finish filling out the form. I have tried a couple times with different emails, and had different people try, but we all get nothing. It states that it has worked, and to wait 15 mins, but nothing ever comes. I encountered this first last Friday.
Yes, you tried twice today. And it produced the files. Let me find out what’s wrong with the emails. Your addresses don’t look like typical black-listed ones.
I actually just received the second one, but the first never showed up. There was also one that was requested by one of my colleagues on Friday (I think), but she never received the email either. Hopefully it was just some system bog down that’s worked itself out. Thank you!
What’s her name?
Fern Fitzhenry
So now that I have the vocabularies, I try to run the CPT4 compiler, and I receive the error:
Is this me being java ignorant, or something with the file? Thank you! and sorry for changing from the thread subject
Never mind. I figured it out. I was putting java -jar ,FILE PATH>, instead of changing to the directory and running java -jar cpt4.jar.
The best problems are those that are solving themselves.
@fitznmn: Are you all set with this?
Hello again Christian. It seems we are having the same problem with requests for vocabularies on the Athena site. I requested one earlier today, and have not received a link yet. Thank you!
Will look into it. I can see the job ran, your zip file is there waiting for you. So, the problem is the email. Make sure it is not in the junk folder, it very much looks like junk to many email systems.
If you don’t want to wait, your data are here.
