Athena - question on downloadable "version" options

Hi Folks,
I am new to OHDSI and working through tutorials, github repos, etc.

One question I have is with Athena downloadable vocabulary versions.
Which one does OHDSI standardize upon?
Currently there is v4, v5, and CDM version (which doesn’t say if it is 5.4 or earlier)

Thanks in advance,
Heidi

v5 is the current standard, I’d recommend downloading that one. It will work with CDM v5.3 and v5.4.

Thank you Ajit. Will do!

Be sure to review the documentation regarding CPT codes. To get the codes with names, you’ll need to obtain a UMLS license api key and then run the batch process included in the download.

Hi Ajit,

Do you mean review the documentation regarding CPT codes as review the book of ohdsi or something else?

Thanks for noting the UMLS license API key. I’ll follow up on getting a license key at User Authentication with my team.

Edit: I see in docs to click for UMLS license authorization here Athena - question on downloadable "version" options so I’ll start there first.

Best regards,
Heidi
