Application initialization failed Atlas

Hello,
I followed the instruction to configure the WebAPI to tomcat and Atlas is up and running, but it returns an error
Application initialization failed
The current WebAPI has no sources defined.
Please add one or more on configuration page.

There is probably an error with the database connection in settings.xml, but I double-checked it seems ok. If you have anything else in mind that may help or if there is any documentation of the proper configuration database schema that should be connected with atlas.

You’ll need to add at least one source for this error to be resolved. If you’re using security in Atlas, simply use the Add New Source button in the Configuration page. Otherwise, you’ll need to follow the steps in the WebAPI wiki:
