I’m Byungjin Choi from South Korea, involved in a project with the Korean Society of Anesthesiologists.
Society is mapping EMR anesthesia records to SNOMED-CT with government funding.
After mapping, we will integrate them into OMOP-CDM in each hospital. Clinicians across more than 10 hospitals are participating now.
We have a long-term plan to research surgical complications in the elderly.
We know of a similar French project that was conducted in 2020. We are proceeding with reference to that project.
We are eager to connect with any others working on related initiatives for potential collaboration and knowledge sharing.
