Team,

The agenda for the meeting tomorrow (see wiki for connection details):

  1. Discussion about subgroups
  2. What do we want to present at the next OHDSI symposium in October?

We want get input from the team on the following subgroups / subtasks:

benchmark problem group - select some prediction problems and research current models
validation group - identify suitable data and performance measures
feature engineering/selection group - add more to library
classifiers group - add more to library
performance group - group investigating ways to speed up current model training
user interface group – how and what do we visualize in a web-interface?
implementers group - people who want to implement our models/benchmarks on their data

Do you want to add anything? Where do you want to participate? What are the next steps?

Thanks for the nice TC. The recording (misses first couple of minutes for some reason) and slides are added to the wiki page.

Also note we have now a notebook at the wiki that contains the minutes. Please have a look and edit/add if you think this is needed.
