What tool(s) do people use to map non-standard clinical data to standard vocabulary code(s)?

I would also like to learn about this. Especially clinical forms/logs, questionnaires and survey data.

Do you mean codes that have standard_concept <> 'S' or do you mean data that does not have any coding system at all? Two very different creatures, they are.

Primarily the data that does not have any coding system.

Usagi is the tool people use to map string text to standard concept_ids.
