404 error with WBI/Source/Sources

Hello-
I know this question has been asked before but I am still getting the 404 error when trying to access the webapi/source/sources. The deployment of the webapi.war did create the necessary webapi tables in postgresql. However, it did not populate the source and source_daimon tables correctly. What specific setup I can look at to correct this problem?

Could this be related to the 404 error I am getting? Thanks
