@aostropolets @Christian_Reich dD you know if vaccine classes for CVX codes are in the OMOP vocabulary? I believe it’s maintained by the CDC here. The class is the “Vaccine Group Name” column. Thanks.
The classes are the simple CVX concepts (like 107 in the first row is the code for DTAP here: http://athena.ohdsi.org/search-terms/terms?vocabulary=CVX&page=1&pageSize=15&query=107). But the underlying hierarchy is not there. Can be easily added if somebody needs it.
It would be nice when creating concept sets for vaccine studies.
