I just started to learn about OMOP-CDM and I am trying to start working with it.
I completely downloaded vocabularies from Athena and imported it already.
I’d like to import CMS 2008 beneficiary synpuf data which have 2,326,856 patients info on Postgresql.
I know there are 20 sub-samples for 2008 beneficiary synpuf data, but it’s too small size for me.
Does anyone have CMS 2008 beneficiary total patients data based on CDM?
If not, how could I get row 2008 2,326,856 patients data and how to transfer into OMOP CDM.
I really want to do it myself… Thank you all!
