In other thread, there is discussion about SNOMED CT and non-logged Atlas user. (only using Altas. not truly downloading whole vocabulary from Athena)
It may deserve a separate thread to get ideas and wishes of the community on how to allow the world to collaborate on shared phenotype definitions. (a holy grail of many informatics experts).
I want to point out that Atlas could perhaps join this list of servers that allow browsing SNOMED CT without having UMLS-login-based mechanism.

When I use the the Shrimp browser, their solution is sub-license and acceptance of these conditions
