OHDSI F2F NYC 2018 - Open sharing tools for collaboration

Team: I’m excited that our OHDSI F2F NYC 2018 is finally here!

Throughout the next two days, we’ll be creating various artifacts to support our collaborative research.

I’m starting this thread as a place for us to have an open conversation with each other along the way.

Here’s the prior thread that led us to point of having this meeting, focused on one study question: OHDSI Face-to-Face at Columbia May2-3: Community study-a-thon

Additionally, here’s a Google doc that we can keep shared notes: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hD77iDR01g6l4hs1oSttTfvt4D6uFQaTOrQ3WdEz09w/edit?usp=sharing

We’ll use the OHDSI GitHub repository to store our protocol and analysis source code: https://github.com/OHDSI/studyProtocolSandbox

I expect the exposure cohort and outcome/phenotype groups will both be creating cohorts in ATLAS, which will be shared at: http://www.ohdsi.org/web/atlas/

As you all start developing other artifacts, please post them here so the entire community can learn!

Alright, we’ve got 2 days together…let’s generate some reliable evidence!
