Error while running cpt.bat file for Vocabularies.
Error description : “Update failed. UMLS web-API crashed. Error getting a ticket granting ticket=null”
I had same problem and I edited the .bat file and entered my UMLS user name and password.
This fixed the error.
I have the same problem except that I am running the cpt.sh file on Linux. I did enter my UMLS user name and password and I am still getting the error.
