Yes, I’m a Seattle based NLP/Software engineer for cohort.ai , and have had a very good experience using OHDSI as a terminology service. I admire and appreciate OHDSI greatly. Wish I had more time to contribute to its open source initiatives.

I’m physically down in Corvallis Oregon - Oregon State Univ - doing OMOP for Tufts Medical Center CTSI and its veterinary hospital. I sometimes visit Seattle/UofW on a different topic - STEM education research.
