Bodily injury standard concepts
Bodily injury events where no other bodily injury in last 60 days. Infers bodily harm from clinicial-curated procedures and diagnoses.
Cohort Entry Events
People with continuous observation of 365 days before event may enter the cohort when observing any of the following:

procedure occurrences of 'Bodily injury procedures'.

observations of 'Bodily injury procedures'.

device exposures of 'Bodily injury procedures'.

condition occurrences of 'Bodily injury diagnoses SNOMED'.

observations of 'Bodily injury diagnoses SNOMED'.

Inclusion Criteria
1. no bodily injury in last 60 days
Entry events with all of the following criteria:

with all of the following criteria:

having no procedure occurrences of 'Bodily injury procedures', starting in the 60 days prior to cohort entry start date.
having no observations of 'Bodily injury procedures', starting in the 60 days prior to cohort entry start date.
having no device exposures of 'Bodily injury procedures', starting in the 60 days prior to cohort entry start date.
having no condition occurrences of 'Bodily injury diagnoses SNOMED', starting in the 60 days prior to cohort entry start date.
having no observations of any observation, starting in the 60 days prior to cohort entry start date.
Cohort Exit
The cohort end date will be offset from index event's start date plus 60 days.

Cohort Eras
Entry events will be combined into cohort eras if they are within 1 days of each other.
